Doherty Clinical Trials Ltd undertakes safe, ethical early phase clinical trial research that addresses cost and time barriers for the development of novel medicines and vaccines.

Doherty Clinical Trials Ltd is establishing a new clinical trial unit in East Melbourne. The purpose-built facility contains a 25-bed unit for inpatient clinical research, isolation rooms, screening, and outpatient rooms, and a PC2 laboratory.

 

The Clinical Trial Nursing Unit Manager is responsible for managing the safe, robust, and compliant nursing practices are followed throughout all clinical trials to ensure the production of high-quality research and results.

The Clinical Trial Nurse Unit Manager will provide clinical nursing guidance and expertise to the nursing team and other clinical and non-clinical staff throughout the set-up, nurse resource management in conjunction with the Clinical Operations Director, operational conduct and finalisation of clinical vaccine, treatment, and human challenge research trials, compliant with ICH GCP and ensures that participant safety is paramount throughout the process.
