SA Portable Long Service Leave (SAPLSL) is establishing a new state-based entity to work with both employers and employees, to administer portable long service leave entitlements for the South Australian community services industry.
SAPLSL are on the hunt for friendly Registrations Officer to join their team. As a Registrations Officer, you’ll be supporting employers and workers with registration and onboarding into the schemes, providing clear and friendly guidance on their obligations under the Portable Long Service Leave Act 2024. You’ll respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring every interaction is professional, informative, and helpful.
The role includes a wide range of functions including:
- Assessing and processing applications to register as an employer, worker, self-employed contractor or working director in accordance with the Portable Long Service Leave Act 2024
- Providing onboarding support for new clients to ensure understanding and compliance
- Answering enquiries and providing accurate information about portable long service leave
- Working collaboratively with the team to improve client onboarding and customer service processes.
