SA Portable Long Service Leave (SAPLSL) is establishing a new state-based entity to work with both employers and employees, to administer portable long service leave entitlements for the South Australian community services industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement Officer to join our team in late July 2025. The role will primarily deliver outreach and communication activities to promote and increase awareness of the Portable Long Service Leave Scheme, including:
- visits with peak bodies, large employers and other key stakeholders in both urban and regional locations
- delivery of presentations at events, webinars and within a classroom environment
- attendance at industry events
- administering the website, social media and direct marketing as platforms to distribute communication
- researching advertising and sponsorship opportunities and coordinating the implementation of these
- development and review of printed and digital marketing and information materials
